Intellectual Property & User Content

UCre8U provides AI-powered design tools for personal and commercial use. By using our platform, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you submit, upload, or use as the basis for generated designs, including photographs, logos, and text.
• You will not submit designs that reproduce, imitate, or incorporate the trademarks, logos, trade dress, or copyrighted works of any third party without explicit authorisation from the rights holder.
• UCre8U does not review designs for intellectual property compliance prior to printing. Our fulfilment partners may independently reject orders they determine to contain infringing content, in which case your order may be cancelled and refunded.
• UCre8U accepts no liability for any claims, damages, or legal action arising from designs submitted by users that infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. The user assumes full responsibility for the content of their designs.
• AI-generated designs may occasionally produce imagery that resembles existing trademarks or copyrighted works. It is your responsibility to review your design carefully before approving it for printing.
